If your complaint relates to advertising or editorial content, please contact us in writing in the first instance.
Editorial
If a serious error occurs in our editorial, we are more than happy to print a correction and apology. We aim for the highest standards of accuracy, impartiality, and factual reporting and adhere to the standards of MEAA Code of Ethics. If you feel that there is an error in one of our stories or write-ups, please address this to Vanessa Hall (editor) in writing, within 7 days of publication to editor@coolumadvertiser.com.au.
Display Advertising
Display advertising that is published with an error will be either refunded, or a corrected advertisement will be repeated in the following edition. Notification of error must be made in writing within 7 days of publication to Michelle Box (publisher) michelle@coolumadvertiser.com.au.
Distribution
The Coolum Advertiser uses a third party non-profit organisation, The Rolling Group, for distribution. The Coolum Advertiser is delivered to branded newspaper racks and baskets from Peregian to the Sunshine Plaza at Maroochydore, and west to Yandina.
